Founder, Chief Scientific Officer, Cognitive Edge
Dave Snowden divides his time between two roles: founder Chief Scientific Officer of Cognitive Edge and the founder and Director of the Centre for Applied Complexity at the University of Wales. His work is international in nature and covers government and industry looking at complex issues relating to strategy, organisational decision making and decision making. He has pioneered a science based approach to organisations drawing on anthropology, neuroscience and complex adaptive systems theory. He is a popular and passionate keynote speaker on a range of subjects, and is well known for his pragmatic cynicism and iconoclastic style.
His paper with Boone on Leadership was the cover article for the Harvard Business Review in November 2007 and also won the Academy of Management aware for the best practitioner paper in the same year. He has previously won a special award from the Academy for originality in his work on knowledge management.

Karthik Rameshkumar

Karthik is a Technology Leader who has spent the better part of his professional life understanding the intersection between businesses and technology. With a career that kick-started with a series of entrepreneurial ventures, Karthik eventually found his home in super-serving the world’s developer community.
He has had the privilege of being a leader and founding member of multiple rockstar teams that went on to become powerhouses in their own right ( DigitalOcean’s Americas Developer Experience team, Twilio’s Global Support Delivery center to name a few).
With a career traversing roles such as being a CTO/Technical Co-founder, DevOps Leader, Customer Support & Success Leader, Karthik believes that the the world’s developers still haven’t gotten their fair share!
In his current role as the Director for Field Services in APAC West, Karthik leads GitHub’s Solutions engineering and Cloud Solutions for India, SEA, South Korea, GCR, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Before building for billions, Karthi spent one full decade in entrepreneurship building remote product design schools, nonprofit maker ecosystems, product design agencies and no-code accelerators.

He has worked on various complex product developments worldwide, including many large Financial Services, Government departments, Travel, Retail, Gaming/Gambling and global Consultancies.
He advises on scaling startups, organisation design for business agility, technical excellence and team capability building.
Although based in London, Dinesh has international and varied experience, having worked in the US, Europe, India, and, of course, London.
