Vanipriya comes with vast technology experience and expertise of building ground-up applications through the past decade from early web, mobile, multi-channel, omni-channel, e-commerce, cloud to Al/ML/DS.

A natural servant leader, extremely passionate and driven, Vanipriya has led multiple teams across the product spectrum from product management, delivery, marketing and customer success.

A firm believer of understanding, empathising customer needs to be the core of true success, Vanipriya has herself founded and helped establish organisations in starting, buidling and sustaining high performance teams at a lot of start-ups where she had mentored various young technical and management professionals.

Prior to starting the Co-Creation team at Exotel, Vani started the India office and served as the Director of Product Management at FPS Innovation Labs. An alumnus of ISB and Anna University for Business and Technical Education respectively, she had previously founded the start-ups Zeekh, The Code Place and Proyojana, and had also been part of various assignments involving global clients like Born Commerce, Tetley, Bliss, Total Oil and Gas, Wiley, to name a few.

Away from work, Vanipriya regularly volunteers at start-up and product events in the city. She is an artist and also performs classical Carnatic Music from time to time.

Always a student of the ever-growing world of technology, Mohan is a certified mobile, cloud and data security professional. His innate love and passion for technology has time and again helped create layers of security around systems with consummate ease.

Mohan is an ubiquitous technologist who loves challenging the status quo and takes pride in providing end-to-end solutions. Fueled by his never-ending thirst for knowledge and coupled by his strong leadership skills, Mohan has propelled to top roles within his organization and likes leading from the front.

The strength of a tree lies in the roots and Mohan is a living example of that. A college topper of MITS 2003 and eight years of technical education has been a strong platform for Mohan’s zeal that has metamorphosed the enthusiast in him into a technology marvel.

Before building for billions, Karthi spent one full decade in entrepreneurship building remote product design schools, nonprofit maker ecosystems, product design agencies and no-code accelerators.

Karthi earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction and an Executive MBA in Product Leadership.

Ravi Krishnan

Ravi Krishnan, a seasoned business leader with over 13 years of experience, is the Head of Flipkart Labs. In his current role, he develops innovative solutions to leverage emerging technologies such as 3D/AR, Web-3 and Generative AI to drive the next wave of e-commerce customer delight and growth. He joined Flipkart in 2015 and has held various senior leadership positions across Strategy, Growth, and P&L Management. He has been instrumental in defining overall business strategy and scaling the brand’s capabilities such as consumer financing, product exchange, and VAS (Value Added Services) to drive overall business growth, profitability, and competitive advantage.

Saba believes in the power of anecdotal personal stories that can be used effectively in your communication. For him, an example is a story, an anecdote is a story, a conversation between two people is a story, and timelines about a person are a story.

He does purpose-driven stories for organizations, where he helps organizations and individuals evolve their differentiators and create sales-worthy and PR-worthy stories.

He has been doing this for the past twelve years, and he has helped craft more than 1000 purpose-driven stories and has conducted more than 80 workshops to date. He has helped more than 30 organizations in their storytelling journey.

Besides, Saba has been a part of 8 start-ups – one successful exit, one fire-sale, and four failures, and is currently involved in two. He is a passionate speaker and has spoken across platforms including keynotes and presentations at IIT Bombay, Great Lakes Institute of Management, LIBA, Bombay Chamber of Commerce, and Toastmasters District Conferences.
