In my 28years of industry experience, I’ve played the role of leading web technologist, design, QA, and customer support teams to deliver results towards a business challenge. Mentoring and coaching talent has become second nature in all the roles I’ve taken up. I am hands-on as a designer and web technologist using front-end development frameworks. I’ve had the privilege of working in some well known organizations such as MSource, IBM, Netscape Communications, AOL and now OpenText.
