With over a decade of experience in software and product development, I am a leader in Business Analysis and Agile methodologies at Springer Nature, where I head the External DEI – Data team. My mission is to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organisation and the industry and to leverage data to drive DEI initiatives and outcomes.
My engagement with the community extends to being a LinkedIn Community Top Voice for Fostering Inclusivity and Facilitation. Notably, I am recognized for my role in championing DEI within the Agile and research spheres. Having shared my insights at various conferences, my speaking engagements cover a spectrum of topics, including Business Analysis, Agile methodologies, DEI and Allyship in Agile, and researcher diversity.
