• Ramkumar has spent close to two decades in the IT industry and has expertise in building many 0-1 systems and scaling them to millions of users globally. He has worked in many industry verticals including Insurance, Pharma, Retail, E-commerce and lately Q-commerce. In the last 10 years, he has led multiple large scale and hypercomplex programs for fortune 100 customers with cutting edge technology stacks delivering multi million dollar benefits. His specialties include Product & Program Management, Strategy, Business Process Excellence, Agile Coaching and Cloud Transformation.
• In his current capacity, he is responsible for delivering high impact and population scale products in Supply Chain and E-commerce charters for Swiggy Instamart to deliver fresh groceries to millions of consumers PAN India with unparalleled convenience.
• He believes AI can be a great equalizer as well as a force multiplier and can liberate us from doing less complex work to more creative and higher order thinking.
• He also advises startups on their journey of growth, marketing and scaling up. He is an Engineer by profession with love and passion for technology and building great products. He is also an alumni of IIMA. In his free time, he runs marathons and has clocked ~200+km till date.
